Images may not be used, copied, reproduced, shared, licensed, or published for any online, print, promotional, or commercial purpose — including websites, social media, advertising, or printed materials — without prior permission.

Licensing is available and affordable, especially for online use, editorial purposes, or batch purchases.

If you wish to use one or more images, you are encouraged to get in touch in advance. In most cases, licensing can be arranged quickly and at reasonable rates, depending on the type of use, duration, and scope. You are welcome to contact me directly to discuss licensing options.
 

Unauthorized Use & Copyright Infringement
 

Unauthorized use of images is taken seriously.

If an image is used without permission, I typically begin by contacting the user directly and issuing an invoice reflecting a minimum copyright infringement fee of USD 500 per image, depending on the nature and extent of the use.

If the matter is not resolved at this stage, the case is handed over to an authorized copyright agency and pursued through established worldwide legal channels.
